0830-0900 Breakfast+ Practise ZR
1000-1300 Homework
1300-1330 Lunch
1330-1700 Homework
1700-1800 Slack
1800-1900 Dinner
1900-2000 Practise ZR
2000-2300 Slack
2300 Sleep
