We met up at CHEERS before going for our lunch @ PASTAMANIA.
Valerie and I shared a dish a creamy one...
When we were abt to leave the place, I suddenly realised I did not see anyone paying for the food, then I saw the receipt on the table.
I asked Valerie " Who paid for it?"
She was like "I pay already ." I wanted to take out $6.20 to pay half of it then she pused my hand away. I told her " i will find a way to stuff it into yr bag...." She confidently assured me that I will not even get a single chance.... I ltr forgot ALL about it.
Then Hilda's mum cme to help check in[cos' it's under her name]. All of a sudden it RAINED HEAVILY... we were so so disappointed..... then hilda said, " Now rain ltr won't rain liao..." I was like how are we donna go to our rm? I no haf umbrella.... So we shared, so pathetic.
Our room was 1428... Those full-time gamblers can go buy...
We checked in and everyone was soooooo DRENCHED. Wai Xin was like a girl wearing Bikini.... Hilda too. Cos they went to fetch ppl the second round. Auntie too. The chalet was so small. One room, hotel style, second level. We were resting, washing legs, watch tv etc....
Then Melissa so anxious to go buy bbq utensils when it was still POURING. Wai Xin and Hilda was abt to go for a bath then they heard her, stopped taking out clothes and said thy wanna go.
Auntie was like " Rain so haevy, ltr then go lar..." Marilyn said ok .[she was the organizer] So we all waited, suddenly, Jia Wei appeared, out of nowwhere and started to play with his I-POD... Scared me....
Rain got smaller, took all the umbrellas out to go buy stuff.... Valerie and Stacy stayed in the room. Went to FAIRPRICE @ ehub. We went to the bbq section near the Singapore Pools and bought some paper plates and utensils. We asked Marilyn whether nid to buy charcoal, firestarter, grill, she all say prepared, bought from BBQ WHOLESALE. She was so WELL-PREPARED!!!!
Bought liao then Marilyn and Deng Jing they all go collect the orders from the BBQ WHOLESALE. The rest of us went to buy snacks and went back to chalet...We went back to find that the boys Billy, Benedict, Teck Sheng(6.3) came to dao luan. They came, snached our hotel room cards, bent it and threw it in the dustbin outside. We almst freaked out, esp Hilda, cos the rm under her mum's name. Melissa called the information then the tell us where the card was.
I went to dig it out, then the boys nvr came back.
After a while Marilyn, Jia Qian , Samantha, Jia Qian and I went to start the fire. We took so damn long, Mariyn and I did the job. Marilyn went up to drink and then nvr came dwn until it rained HEAVILY, we were like rushing up with the food...We wasted a pack of 40
FIRE STARTERS just like that........... sian............
Rain stopped, we re- started the fire, almost gave up and asked for help but didnt. Marilyn said it was ok.. BBQ FINALLY STARTED!!!! I took charge of the BUFFALO WINGS[although some was uncooked]. Marilyn was at the SATAY and SAUSAGES. Wai Xin helped too.
Marilyn was so proub of the fire , me too. at the end of it we took off the grill and barbequed MARSHMELLOWS. Xun Mng was there too, on his skates so cool. Wen qi was snatching the MARSMELLOWS, so funny and fun...
